Roxford University We offer individual music lessons in guitar, piano, vocal, drums, and bass guitar and put kids together in bands. We welcome all skill levels.

Adult instruction also available. Roxford University provides individual lessons with personal attention to each student in the study of guitar, bass, piano/keys, vocal, and drums. We also offer the opportunity for students to be a part of rock bands composed of students of their age group. The bands rehearse weekly, building up to a concert at the end of the semester. Rox U believes the most exci

ting way to learn music is to involve performance. Doing a public rock show inspires and motivates students, helping maintain and buoy their enthusiasm. It also develops their confidence leaps and bounds beyond solitary instruction. Our dean and professors are veteran musicians with the chops to teach how to play your instrument of choice and the hard-earned wisdom of being in a band and performing. Most of the venues where Rox U students will perform are the same kinds of venues our faculty members perform in as professionals.

ROX ALUM SPOTLIGHT: Silas Caldwell came to Roxford as a little, energetic tyke and took up the bass guitar. He moved away long ago but kept going and is now embarking on a tour playing guitar with Mason Ramsey! He is a star of a human and an inspiration! We miss seeing him around here, but we love watching him soar!
