Beginning January 1, 2027, Miami University graduate Spencer Stiles ’99 will become CEO of Stryker — one of the world's leading medical technology companies — and join its Board of Directors!

Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami in 1999 before joining Stryker’s Endoscopy division that same year. Over his nearly 30-year journey with the company, he has held leadership roles across virtually every area, most recently as president and COO.
