We are honored to be selected to perform among so many amazing groups. Congratulations to our singers and to all choirs selected to perform! So excited for November!!!

📣Announcing our 2026 State Conference performing choirs!! Congratulations!!

This year, we received a record number of submissions representing a wide range of ensemble types, voicings, and age levels from across our state. Evaluators remarked that the level of artistry and teaching reflected in the recordings was truly impressive, making the selection process extremely competitive.

Can’t wait to hear these amazing choirs in November!!

7th & 8th Grade Boys Choir:
On Stage Performance: All-Superior (94, 94, 97)
Sight Reading: Superior (97)
Sweepstakes Medal

Sweepstakes medals are earned by choirs who earn Superior ratings in sight reading and from all three stage judges. Choirs must sight-read the same voicing/one below the repertoire performed on stage. Superior choirs must score 90 or above out of 100 possible points.

OMS Boys Choir had a special visitor today - Dr. Don Trott, Director of Choral Activities at Ole Miss! We worked on building confidence and preparing for contest! We are thankful to Dr. Trott and his GA’s Mr. Joyner and Mr. Pearce for helping our young men hone their craft.
