The John F. Cosgrove Spirit and Leadership Award is one of the most meaningful recognitions at Leadership Academy, given only during the program to the men who best embody its spirit.

This year, that honor goes to Quinn Thomas (Kappa, University of Kentucky) and Christopher Atwood (Nova Southeastern University Associate Chapter.) Congratulations to both brothers on a well-deserved recognition!

Day 3 of Leadership Academy brought brothers to the Challenge Course, where the work of building trust and pushing past comfort zones got real in a hurry. Chris Radley (Beta Beta, University of Louisville) and Michael Nelligan (Epsilon Nu, Clemson University) gave us a firsthand look at what that looks like in practice.

Leadership Academy 2026 is a wrap. More moments from this week coming soon.

Some rooms just feel right.

Brothers were back at Harvest Moon Brewery in New Brunswick for another Phi Tau Thursday and the conversations picked up right where they left off. Old stories, new ones, and a lot of ground covered in between.

Phi Tau Thursdays happen on the first Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. in cities across the country. No agenda. No pressure. Just brothers from any chapter, any class year, reconnecting over something that still means something.

If you haven't made it out yet, this one's worth your Thursday.

Day 1 of Leadership Academy ✓

We caught up with Nick Phillips toward the end of the day as he walked us through why this event matters and what it means to gather emerging leaders from across the country in Oxford, Ohio every June.

Day 2 is underway as we speak, so stay tuned here. More from Oxford coming soon.

Louisville, we're here.

A few members of the Phi Kappa Tau leadership team are attending the 2026 FEA/FCA Annual Conference this week in Louisville, KY and we're excited to connect with fraternal and sororal professionals from across the country.

In the midst of learning from some of the best minds in the industry, we made sure to carve out some time for a quick photo op with Barbaro. 🐎

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember all who gave their lives in service to this country.

The Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity & Foundation are proud of the many brothers who have answered that call throughout our history. Today, our thoughts are with every service member who never came home, and with the families who carry that loss.

To all who served, and to all who never made it back, we are grateful.

Phi Tau on the Hill.

Five Phi Tau brothers joined the 2026 Fraternal Government Relations Coalition in Washington, D.C., to champion the fraternity and sorority experience on a national stage in support of the Freedom of Association in Higher Education Act.

In a single day, members of Congress held more than 450 meetings with fraternity and sorority advocates, with Phi Tau voices helping to defend the rights of students and the future of our community.

The Barn is Back.

On April 18, the Gamma Omicron Chapter officially returned to Cal State Fullerton, rechartered in conjunction with the National Council’s Spring meeting. A new generation of Phi Tau men is ready to carry the legacy forward.

The celebration didn’t stop there. More than 50 alumni brothers from the Orange County area gathered at Brewery X for an evening of fellowship, stories, and brotherhood that spanned generations.

Welcome home, Gamma Omicron.
