Wisconsin Delta Zetas

Delta Zeta Sorority National brought its sisterhood to Des Moines, Iowa, last night, for an alumnae engagement event at Fresko.

Sisters came together from different chapters and different generations and shared the beautiful bond that connects us all: Delta Zeta

I’m grateful for the Iowa ladies who made time to be there.

The Madison Alumnae Chapter of Delta Zeta Sorority broke up with stress yesterday during a workshop led by wellness coach and Delta Zeta, Kristin Johnson Bott. She's from Mindful Wellness in Middleton.

Stress doesn’t deserve all that space in our heads. Kristin guided us to realize we just need to let it go, take a breath, and focus on what’s right in front of us.
