✨Student Spotlight✨ Meet Catherine Groth, a fourth-year student involved in Phi Sigma Sigma, MOSNA, and Army ROTC. This summer Catherine spent a month at Fort Knox completing rigorous cadet Summer training, and a month at Walter Reed in D.C. at an army internship for nursing students. During cadet summer training, Catherine led others from around the country through difficult and rigorous exercises developing herself and others as leaders. Catherine is super excited to see how her friends and sisters have grown over the summer!

✨Student Spotlight✨ Meet Sarah Zipes, a third year student involved in Club Swim, MUCTM, and Miami Activities and Programming. This summer, Sarah has stayed busy traveling, hanging out with friends, and working as a head swim coach. As a swim coach, Sarah led over 200 kids this summer, teaching them how to swim and grow through collaboration and communication. Sarah is most excited for Welcome Home🎆, an exciting time at the beginning of the semester where we welcome back all students!

✨Student Spotlight✨ Meet Giade Ensley, a third-year student involved in UP Magazine, BSAA, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Bridges Scholar, and Women in Marketing. This summer Giade has been working as a Sports Marketing Intern at Bally Sports and attending professional development workshops to better herself. Giade is excited to get more involved on campus and be a great advocate and representative for the African American community!
