Workforce Wednesday - September 9th

This week we focused on the Business, Marketing, & Finance pathway.

This week’s speaker was Mrs. Ashley Freeman. She is the Founder and CEO of Velvet Ditch Villas, a property management company designed to empower homeowners by enhancing their guest experience, attracting potential clients, and maximizing their return on investment. She is committed to crafting exceptional stays that guests will cherish and return to time and time again. Providing excellent customer service to all clients was discussed AT LENGTH.

Workforce Wednesday - September 2nd

This week we focus on the Hospitality & Entertainment pathway.

This week’s speaker was Mr. John “JD” Davis, the community relations director for Oxford Park Commission and a good friend of mine. Mr. Davis’ primary role is to act as a liaison between OPC and the public. He is responsible for the creation of the content made when announcements are sent to the people in the community. He is in charge of OPC’s website and all their social media channels. He is also responsible for keeping the OPC staff informed on daily operations and schedules.
