se it's never too late to learn the guitar. I can offer my home recording studio as your place of practice or I can make a house call so you can learn in the comfort of your own home (applicable if less than 10 miles away from Owosso MI)! I have learned styles of rock, blues, metal, country, pop and more on electric, acoustic, and bass guitars. You can expect to begin with learning chords and simple melodies. I highly encourage students to present me with what kind of music they want to learn. It's most important to know what YOU want to get out of your instrument, and I will help you achieve those goals! Why choose a freelance teacher and not an academe? As my own teacher I am able to specifically work with each student on a personal level. In my view music is a very personal expression that adds a whole spectrum of enjoyment in life. All student's needs will be different and I will do my part to make sure those needs are met with excellent results. Lessons are $15.00 per 30 minute session; typically we would meet once a week. You can stop lessons whenever you'd like if you're not satisfied. If you need to cancel an appointment please just let me know at least 6 hours ahead of time.
