✏️ 📚 This week St. Thomas’ Preschool and Kindergarten welcomed back our teachers for staff orientation and our favorite littles, and their families for Visiting Day!
While it was a short week, but still magical of course, we wanted to say WELCOME HOME! We missed you and look forward to a new year full of play, wonder, discovery, creativity, mess, exploration and of course FUN! ❤️

❤️ Thats a wrap!! 4 weeks of Summer Fun has officially ended and another school year at STPS complete!! Last week, STPS explored all things ART/ATELIER!
Our Bluejays and Cardinals groups had fun with water, mud, and sensory play. From painting with puffy paint, to exploring goopy oobleck, we had a blast creating both individual and collaborative masterpieces. On Friday, we enjoyed a special visit from The Cow to celebrate all of the birthdays we will miss over the summer months.
Happy LAST day to our favorite littles! We will miss your smiles, & your laughter and we have loved watching you grow the last year. To our parents/families, thank you for the continued support and trusting us with your most prized possessions. To all of our volunteers, we appreciate you so much and we couldn’t do it without your generosity!
The school year was a magical one. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, safe and relaxing summer! We look forward to seeing everyone back the end of August! ☀️

💧Another week of Summer Fun is in the books! We had a little more rain this week but it was quite fitting since our Bluejays and Cardinals groups spent the week celebrating and exploring all things WATER WORLD!
Up next: Art/Atelier week. See everyone Monday! ❤️

☀️What a magical 2nd week of summer fun and exploration. In addition to lots of water play, our Cardinals created some truly amazing “nature’s flyers” creatures this week - each one colorful and unique. Salt (both fine and coarse) was explored in our frozen water sensory table and experimented as the children observed what helped the ice melt more quickly. Our BlueJays made watercolor butterflies, designed their very own butterfly wings and made bird feeders.
The highlight of the week was “The Bubble Guy”, where the children got to play a part in the presentation…fun and laughter was had by all! We look forward to more outdoor fun exploring all things WATER WORLD on Monday! ❤️

☀️What a beautiful first week of Summer Fun! The weather was perfect and we spent our days filled with water play, sunshine, fun & friends, lots of smiles and too many art projects to count! St. Thomas’ Preschool and Kindergarten spent the whole week celebrating and exploring all things BACKYARD BUGS!
Of course we cant forget about our super exciting Friday FOAM PARTY! We had a magical time together and look forward to Week 2 - “Nature’s Flyers”! 🐞🐜 🐛

🎓 Happy Graduation to our Kindergarten Class of 2026! On Friday, the sun shone bright as we celebrated our 8 Kindergarten graduates.
Parish Hall was packed with teachers, friends and family but most importantly lots of LOVE!
A special thank you to Reverend Tom, Reverend Amelia, and Paul Corbin who not only shared this special day with us, but also continue to support our magical school each and everyday!
Congrats K class! We love you and we miss you already. Farewell…but not goodbye. Always remember you will forever be a part of our STPS community and hold a special place in our hearts! ❤️

Today at STPS, we celebrated our last day of preschool. It has been a magical week filled with family and friends, community, love and laughter and of course lots of hugs. From our end of year celebration, to our last Chapel shared together, to our teacher “farewell but see you later” lunch, we are forever grateful for the memories this year brought each and every one of us! Cheers to an amazing year and special thanks to the teachers, parents, grandparents, PA, room parents, volunteers and kiddos that made this year such a magical one! ❤️

❤️ We are super excited to announce a few new additions at St. Thomas’ Preschool and Kindergarten: our multi-slide playset, a new fenced & gated garden space AND new gutters to our Outdoor classroom providing water to our new rain barrels!
A special THANK YOU to MICHAEL PARKS, the “construction magician” who has brought so much magic to our outdoor spaces! We appreciate you! ✨

Every day is EARTH DAY at St. Thomas’ Preschool and Kindergarten but this week was extra meaningful as we began planting our vegetable, flower and butterfly gardens, engaged in processed arts using reusable & recyclable materials and spent time in the classroom discussing (and journaling) all the ways STPS can help our planet. Happy Earth Day! 🌍
