Good morning.

Due to the current flooding of roads and the forecast of continuing rain today, South Gibson schools will be closed today, 24 March 2023. The makeup day will be 7 April 2023.

All South Gibson Schools will be operating on a two hour delay today, Friday, March 24, 2023.

Ms. Hart’s second graders have been busy this week! First, they planted lavender seeds and then they got to see the inside of a computer in Mrs. Spindler’s class!

Sports Physicals!

Sports Physicals at GSHS for all incoming Freshman will be held April 12th from 3:30pm-5:00pm. Students interested will need to obtain a sports physical packet and sign up for a pre-evaluation assessment with the school nurse prior to the date listed above. History forms and consent forms within the packet will need to be completely filled out prior to physical date. Please bring your forms with you on day of physical.

The Book Fair is here!! Family Night is Tuesday the 14th, 3:30 to 6:30!! Set up your ewallet or you can use cash. If you cannot make it to family night, your child will be able to come and purchase books at the fair at their regular library time this week.

Asynchronous Day: Today will be an Asynchronous Learning Day number 3 at South Gibson School Corporation. Teachers should send out assignments by 10:00 AM with a due date of March 13. We understand that weather may impact some teachers' ability to send assignments out and we also understand there may be difficulties for students receiving the information which is why the due date is March 13, 2023.
