At Play Smart, we believe preschool should be more than a place children spend their day.

It should be a place where they feel known, capable, curious, and excited to learn.

Our classrooms are intentionally designed for children to explore, create, problem-solve, and build independence—with teachers who genuinely know the children in their care.

Maybe preschool doesn’t have to look like sitting still and being told what to do all day.

Maybe it can look like curiosity.
Like messy hands.
Like big questions.
Like trying, failing, and trying again.
Like being trusted to do things for yourself.

Because when we give children the space to play, explore, and be capable, learning happens naturally.

And honestly?
That’s kinda chic. ✨

🎉 We’re wishing a VERY happy birthday to the legend herself, Jill Payne! 🎂

Our leader, our voice of reason (most of the time 😉), and the person with the gentlest, most compassionate heart. Jill does it ALL -especially when it comes to making sure our kids are loved, supported, and given every opportunity to thrive.

We are so lucky to do life and work alongside you, Jill. Thank you for always pushing us to dream a little bigger.

Now go sing some karaoke, hit the golf course, and PLEASE take a day off from solving everyone’s problems. 😂
