This week our twos, pre-k, and preschool classes had a camping adventure that's out of this world in their classrooms! They made s'more's and sang some seriously silly campfire songs.

Thank you for teaching, redirecting, comforting, cleaning, protecting, documenting, supervising, and loving children through every moment of the day.

Childcare is one of the hardest and most underappreciated professions there is.

Our teachers are not “babysitters.”
They are educators.
They are nurturers.
They are protectors.
They are first responders to emotions, behaviors, injuries, fears, milestones, and developmental growth.

Every day, our staff helps shape the future while balancing regulations, safety standards, lesson plans, parent communication, food program requirements, cleaning standards, behaviors, and the emotional needs of children.

Many people could never handle what childcare professionals do daily.

This week, we proudly recognize the incredible staff who continue to stand strong for children and families — even when the work is physically exhausting, emotionally draining, and often overlooked by society.
