Our amazing PTO is already hard at work planning an epic Fall Fest for our Highland Hornets!! Save the Date!!

PTO may have officially taken a month off, but we couldn’t stay quiet for too long! 🐝

As we begin looking ahead to the new school year, we’re excited to share that our first big event will be our Highland Fall Festival taking place on Thursday, September 17th!

This year, we’re trading Boo Fest for something a little different…a classic fall festival filled with games, family fun, and plenty of opportunities to make memories together as a school community! We’re hoping to bring back the nostalgic feel of the fall festivals many of us remember growing up, while creating a fun new tradition for our Highland families.

But before we plan any other details, we need YOUR help! What games, activities, attractions, or ideas would you love to see at the Fall Festival? Drop your suggestions in the comments below! 👇

We’d also love to hear from anyone who may be willing to lend lawn games, carnival-style games, or other fun equipment for the event. If that’s you, send us a message!

Want to be part of the fun? We’re currently looking for volunteers to help with Fall Festival setup, along with several other PTO committees for the upcoming school year. If you’d like to get involved, we’d love to have you join us!

The future is bright because of the incredible students, families, staff, and community that make Highland so special. There truly is no place like Highland Elementary!

We’re wrapping up an amazing school year with LOTS of fun! From 💦 Water Day and 🏃‍♂️ Field Day to ⛳ Mini Golf, 🎬 Movie Time, and 🍿 Popcorn treats — our students are making unforgettable memories together!
