Congratulations to Lukas Stevens on completing the Industrial Technology Enhanced Credentials (ITEC) program through OCTC Workforce Solutions!
During his time in the program, Lukas successfully completed courses in:
- Fluid Power
- Maintaining Industrial Equipment
- Circuits I
- Electrical Motor Controls
- Industrial Robotics
- Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
In addition to earning multiple certificates, Lukas also gained valuable hands-on experience and industry-recognized credentials along the way. Through the flexible, self-paced format of the ITEC program, he was able to balance his coursework while continuing to work full-time.

TTMA recently sent another group of employees through Brown Level Industrial Controls training with Owensboro Workforce Solutions. This hands-on training continues to help participants strengthen their troubleshooting, electrical, and industrial controls knowledge while building skills that directly support advanced manufacturing operations.
