🥋 Our first Friday classes were a HIT! 🎉
We kicked things off with our Little Tigers and beginner belts (and somehow forgot to snap pictures of them 🤦‍♀️😂), then spent the afternoon trying out some fun new ways to train!
🥊 Our sparring students had a dedicated sparring technique class with extra time to really work on skills and strategy.
⭐ We finished with Demo Team Prep, breaking out the weapons, working on tumbling, and trying some new skills!
We loved having the extra time on Fridays to focus on things we don’t always get to dive into during our regular class schedule. Based on today, we’d say Friday classes are definitely a keeper! 🙌
And don’t forget — every Friday in August is Bring-a-Friend Friday! Bring a friend to train with you for FREE… or bring a mom. We’ll allow that too. 😂🥋

🚐 Our very first day of after-school pickup is here! 🎉
The CMAA van is officially rolling, and we are so excited to welcome our after-school kiddos today! We’ve been planning, organizing, and preparing for this moment for months, and seeing it all come together feels pretty amazing. ❤️
Here’s to a great school year filled with safe pickups, homework help, fun activities, new friendships, and lots of taekwondo! 🥋📚
Thank you to our families for trusting us with your kiddos—we are honored to be part of their school-day routine!

✨ Glow Into the School Year was a HUGE success! ✨
We had the best night filled with glowing games, music, pizza, laughter, and so much fun! Thank you to all the awesome kids who came out and helped us kick off the new school year in the brightest way possible. 💚💛🩷

🦸‍♂️💥 Day 5 of Superhero Week was a BLAST! 💥🦸‍♀️
We wrapped up an awesome week with Nerf gun battles, superhero challenges, pizza, and lots of laughs! These heroes trained hard, played big, and made this week one to remember. 🍕🔫⚡
