Responsibilities include monitoring nap, feeding snack and cleaning up afterwards, monitoring playtime, changing diapers throughout the afternoon, and cleaning up after children leave. We will be closed on Wednesday, February 19th as we follow the Madison County School system in weather closures.

(MCSS) Due to the forecasted winter weather by the National Weather Service, the Madison County School System will be closed for all students and staff on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. This closure includes all extracurricular activities.

We will continue monitoring weather and road conditions and provide any updates as needed. Please stay informed and exercise caution during this time.

We will be following the Madison County School System in closing tomorrow, Friday, January 10.

(MCSS) After continuing to consult with the National Weather Service this week and monitoring the forecast for significant wintry precipitation, we have decided to close all Madison County School System campuses and offices on Friday, January 10, 2025. This notification includes the cancellation of all extracurricular and campus activities scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Our highest priority is the safety of our students, staff, and families. With the forecast indicating increased confidence, we believe it is crucial to take decisive action to keep everyone safe during the winter weather.

We encourage you to take precautions as needed and, if possible, enjoy the beauty of the snowfall with your loved ones. Should any further changes to school schedules become necessary, we will communicate updates as early as possible through our usual channels.

We want to thank, Chief Dobbins from the Owens Cross Roads Police Department for coming to talk with our three and four-year-olds this morning. They asked many important questions and were very excited to see his police truck.
