Owego Blue Horizon Club The Blue Horizon Club of Owego, NY is a group within the Owego Apalachin School District that focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of STEM.

The Blue Horizon Club of Owego is a group of Middle and High school students that regularly sends high-atmosphere weather balloons into space with the intent of collecting information in both qualitative and quantitative amounts, providing a wide range of STEM learning. This year, the Blue Horizon Club has developed a system of stratocaching technology.
