🔥👩‍🍳 COOKS WANTED! 👨‍🍳🔥
Are you the hotdish hero of your household? The casserole king or egg bake boss? Then we want YOU to join the fun at the Rotary Club of Owatonna’s Hotdish Hootenanny Cookoff on Saturday, October 11th!

We’re looking for a few more cooks to bring the heat (and the cheese) to this tasty competition. Think of it like a chili or BBQ cookoff... but Minnesota-style – it's all about HOTDISHES! 😋

🍴 How It Works:

Whip up your favorite hotdish, casserole, or egg bake
(we’re pretty flexible – if you call it a hotdish, we probably will too!).

We’ll provide TWO 11"x17"x4" pans – just cook your dish, bring it in those pans, and serve at the event.

We take care of everything else – just bring your A-game and your delicious creation!

Guests will sample all the dishes and vote on their favorites. 🏆

It is so much fun for our North Star Rotary Youth Exchange student to experience something so American like Homecoming.

Owatonna Rotary Club is in need of a host family for this fall for our Inbound student from Italy. We have a young man coming to Owatonna from Italy that is interested in Soccer - if you are interested please feel free to reach out to me at 507-456-1445 (Cell) or by email [email protected].
the time frame we are looking for is Mid August until after Thanksgiving. (approx. 3-4 months)

Our inbound student for 2025-2026 school year is a young man from Italy.

We extend a heart felt congratulations to the Owatonna High School Gymnastic team on winning the state title! We are especially proud of our own inbound student Lea Henry! - Congrats, job well done!!
