Building 4Cast from a simple idea into a multimillion-dollar enterprise has been one of the most rewarding challenges of my life. I’m proud of the impact we’ve made in helping businesses and governments make smarter, faster, and more transparent decisions. My journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning a Bachelor’s Degree and an M.Sc. in Industrial Management and Engineering, as well as a B.Arch from Tel Aviv University. These studies equipped me with the tools to blend analytical thinking with creativity, shaping my vision for 4Cast. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across diverse industries, including homeland security, energy, utilities, and government. These experiences taught me the importance of precision, transparency, and adaptability—qualities that form the cornerstone of our decision intelligence platforms.

Taylor was an Infantry Marine assigned to Security Forces, where he was a member of the CQB Recapture Tactics Team (RTT). Additionally, Taylor is a former police officer, security professional, and NRA Instructor.
After the Marines, Taylor went to school and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is passionate about faith, family, fitness, fi****ms, security, self-defense, general preparedness, engineering, and teaching.
Taylor founded Defenders and Disciples to educate and train others on faith, fi****ms, self-protection, and fitness. Taylor is a Christian, a husband, and a father.

Cecil Burch has been a Martial Artist and Shooter for over forty years. He has studied many different arts and has held numerous teaching credentials in several of them.
Cecil has travels extensively conducting seminars across the U.S. as well as internationally. T.C. Fuller is an experienced federal investigator and fi****ms trainer. He has spent his life carrying a firearm for the U.S. government. T.C. first served as an Army Infantry officer, Explosive Ordnance Disposal officer, before leaving the Army to accept an appointment as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). He spent the next 20 years working in all areas of investigative interest within the FBI, and served for several years as an instructor in the FBI’s Fi****ms Training Unit in Quantico, VA.
T.C. holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology, as well as a Masters of Education in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. As a published writer, T.C. has written an innovative book on the topic of improving law enforcement deadly force training, as well as having written for several print magazines on the areas of law enforcement procedures, explosives, fi****ms and edged weapons.
Among T.C.’s personal achievements, he has been awarded the U.S. Army’s highest peace-time award for heroism, the Soldier’s Medal.
Besides finding, capturing and convicting a fugitive on the FBI’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, T.C. has also been a successful competitive shooter for more than 20 years, earning a Master class certification from the International Defensive Pistol Association, winning numerous local, state and regional competitions along the way.
He is now operating his own company, The Horus Group, LLC, which serves as a consultancy on fi****ms and training, as well as providing high-end, private fi****ms training for both armed professionals and citizens.

On today's American Warrior Show, we will be joined by Doug Rines.
Doug Rines served for 23 years as a United States Marine, achieving the rank of Sergeant Major before retiring.
Doug deployed to Ukraine in 2003 to train the Ukrainian Army in mobility, counter-mobility, and survivability. He then deployed to Fallujah, Iraq, in 2005, Rabiah, Iraq, in 2008, and later to Kabul, Afghanistan, in support of country-wide Military and Police training.
In 2013, Doug began a new career path as a private security contractor in Afghanistan, where he was responsible for vetting, hiring, and training Afghans in base security. After that contract, Doug worked as a project manager over security, construction, and vehicle maintenance contracts in Iraq and Afghanistan for over three years. Doug has spent the last 10+ years as a project manager in the solar farm industry, managing projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands and around the U.S. Additionally, Doug has worked on civilian projects in Brazil, England, India, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Sergeant Major Rines completed various military schools and training during his career, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology and a Master's in Organizational Management.

Thank you, BLM, for your insistence upon body cams! Although I believe this may have been a colossal strategic failure for your organization, as the vast majority of these videos show our LEOs behaving bravely and appropriately.
The father of economics, Adam Smith, believed that people's pursuit of their own self-interest would promote the general welfare of society and drive their community towards progress. But Mr. Smith wasn't a cop. Sometimes people will act, NOT in their own self-interest, nor towards the progress of their society, and instead, decide today's the day they kill a public servant.
The attempted murderer is a man named Mohamed Morray Bangura. Washington State will not release the mugshots of its criminals or illegal migrant criminals, so we don’t have an image of their faces. But what is clear is that Mohamed is an illegal migrant from Sierra Leone.
And instead of a first-degree (premeditated) murder charge, the liberal DA in Seattle has only charged him with first-degree assault and second-degree assault, both with deadly weapon enhancements…. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
