With so much excitement around our new reading challenge, I thought I’d share some login information. If you have older kids in other Owasso schools, they will use the same app to log their reading. Our district goal is to read 40 million minutes. If everyone does their part, it will be so easy. Your child just needs to read and log 20 minutes a day.
More information will be going home soon. I just wanted to give our eager students the information they need to get started. Also, teachers at Mills will be logging minutes for students when they read to the whole class. Students in grades 3 and above will log the final reading of chapter books so they can answer a few short questions.
I hope this is easy and that you and your child enjoy this new program.

Attention Parents! ☀️ FREE SUMMER MEALS FOR KIDS! ☀️

Owasso Public Schools has announced that free, nutritious meals will be available to children this summer through the Summer Food Service Program.

The program is open to all children, and everyone will receive the same meals regardless of race, color, national origin, s*x, age, or disability.

All meals must be eaten on site.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• See flyers for exact days and times for each location
• Ator Elementary service is available Monday – Thursday.
• Owasso High School, Track and Athletic Fieldhouse service is available Monday – Friday.
• No food service will be provided June 29 – July 3 at any site.
• The Athletic Fieldhouse will also be closed June 5 – June 12, and attendance may be limited due to space.
