We are a Jean Jaques Machado affiliated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school We offer instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Thaiboxing, and Wrestling.
It can be very intimidating starting a new discipline, especially a martial art. We have a very friendly atmosphere , the coaches and senior students go out of their way to make new students feel welcome. Come visit us to find out how we can help you reach your self defense and fitness goals.
