Due to hazardous driving conditions, Owasso Public Schools will be closed and there will be no classes today, Monday, Feb. 8, 2021. No students or teachers will report to school sites.

At-Home meals from Child Nutrition will now be available for pick up on Tuesday, Feb. 9 between 8:30 a.m. ꟷ 10:30 a.m. Please contact [email protected] with any questions regarding At-Home meals.

We will continue to monitor weather and driving conditions and will communicate any further closures as needed.

Have yourself a MURRAY little Christmas! I know I will!

Thank you, families, for spoiling me absolutely rotten! Your gifts, cards, and words of love have blessed me beyond explanation. I’m incredibly proud of the grit, determination, and perseverance each of your children has showed this semester. It hasn’t been easy. There’s been tears. But we made it! We are smarter, stronger, and better humans because of it. So take these next 18 days and enjoy every bit of the break! It’s been well earned!

Saturn and Jupiter will align on December 21, creating what some are calling the "Christmas Star." This will be the first time the two planets align in this way since the Middle Ages.

What a fun fact to share with our kiddos! Maybe you all can ask them why they think that is! Hopefully they’ll answer something along the lines of tilt of the earth’s axis paired with our revolution around the sun...😁😁🤓
