Owasso Public Schools is excited to once again offer FREE nutritious meals for children this summer through the Summer Food Service Program! Starting June 1, any child 18 years old and under can enjoy free breakfast and lunch at the following locations:

📍 Owasso High School East Campus
📍 Ator Elementary School
📍 Owasso Athletic Fieldhouse
📍 Owasso Track

No application or registration is needed, and children do not have to be enrolled in Owasso Public Schools to participate.

Please note: Per USDA regulations, all meals must be eaten on-site at the serving location. No carry-out meals are allowed.

We are looking for volunteers that would like to help us out with our garden this summer. Ms. Dean and her students have been working hard this past few months and we want to make sure it stays alive this summer and is maintained. Ms. Dean is going to do a Summer Garden Club orientation on 5/29 at 5:30 and 6/1 at 11:00. ✨ This year, we added an incredible new idea to our Annual Hodson Career Day thanks to Dr. Farabough! ✨

To encourage students to explore and research different careers, we created special “training cards” for each presenter — and one of the most meaningful cards of all was their “Future Self” card. 💙

The students were beyond excited collecting cards from every presenter, learning about careers, and even asking for autographs to complete their collections! But seeing themselves as their future selves made the experience even more special and inspiring.

What an amazing and creative way to spark curiosity, build confidence, and encourage our kiddos to dream BIG about who they can become one day. 🚀✨

That’s what Owasso Hodson Elementary is all about — pouring into the future of our students and helping them believe anything is possible!

From Channel 6 reporters to senator representatives, interior designers, engineers, nurses, bankers, communication experts, troopers, marketing specialists, Cherokee Nation leaders, agriculture professionals, Osage Nation environmental specialist, multi-business owners, pharmacists, veterinarians, therapist, Orthotist, U.S. Air force Reserve, F-16 pilots, air traffic controllers, construction, a cybertruck and so many more — our students truly learned from the BEST today! 💙

These amazing professionals took time out of their day to pour into the future of our kiddos, inspiring them to dream big and showing them the endless possibilities ahead. That’s what community is all about!

Our second annual Owasso Hodson Elementary Career Day was a huge success! We welcomed over 30 amazing speakers and even had a Touch-a-Truck experience!!

Our students had such a fun and exciting day learning about different careers and dreaming about their futures. A huge thank you to all of our presenters, volunteers, and community partners who helped make the day so special for our students!
