Lawton Chiles Middle School - Seminole County Public Schools families are invited to a nonpartisan Town Hall hosted by SCCPTA (Seminole County Council PTA), in partnership with the League of Women Voters of Seminole County Florida.

This is an opportunity to hear directly from candidates for the Florida House of Representatives, ask questions, and learn more about issues affecting our public schools, educators, students, families, and community.

School Store Volunteers Needed!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with our School Store! Volunteers will assist students with purchases, help keep merchandise organized, and make sure the store runs smoothly.

New Volunteer Orientation
Before signing up for a school store shift, all volunteers will need to attend a brief orientation. We’ll go over how the store operates, volunteer responsibilities, checkout procedures, and everything you need to know to feel comfortable helping out.

Once you’ve completed orientation, you’ll be able to sign up for available store shifts through our SignUpGenius.

Step 1: Email [email protected] to schedule an orientation session.

The store is open Wednesdays and Fridays. We’d love to build a great group of volunteers who can help throughout the school year!

There is only one word to describe our MEGA BLAST fundraiser program… AMAZING! 🌟

We’ve seen incredible participation so far! Thank you! 🙌 With so much excitement surrounding this awesome event, we have extended the fundraiser through Friday, September 11th! That means students have an additional week to qualify for an invitation to The Mega Blast event, help our school 🏫, and win some amazing prizes!

If you haven’t registered yet, now is the perfect time! You can still register then email friends and family for support. You can also add yourself to the email list so you can donate online as well. Remember, $60 or more in donations allows your student a VIP invitation to The Mega Blast event!
