Our athletes stepped onto the mats at the AAU Karate Super Regionals and showed heart, discipline, and focus all weekend long. Every competitor gave their all, performed at a high level, and came home with well-earned medals. 🏅 
 
This is only the beginning. More work to do. More training ahead. Eyes locked on Nationals.
