University Carillon Early Learning Center - UCELC UCELC is licensed by DCF (license ) with a Performance Metric rating of Excellent. We have been operating in the Oviedo area for over 30 years.

Currently serving children ages 2, 3, 4 (VPK) and 5 (KRP - a transitional kindergarten program). Company Overview
University Carillon Early Learning Center is a ministry of University Carillon Church and is located just outside of Orlando, Florida in the city of Oviedo. Purpose of the UCELC fan page:
