Graduation day is always a happy-sad day! Congratulations to our 61 UCELC VPK graduates. We know you will go on to do amazing things and that God has blessed your path. Always know you have a place here at University Carillon!

I’m up earlier than normal this morning thinking about today. For half of our school it is the last day of the school year, but for our VPK classes it’s graduation day.

It is a day of excitement and tears for the students, parents and teachers. We are so blessed and thankful that you have chosen UCELC as your preschool home. It is not something we take lightly.

Your children are your most precious gifts and the fact that you have selected our school to help grow them into the person God has created them to be is not something that we overlook. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you, whether it has been just this year or if you have been with our program since they were babies!

Now your family is called to Go! Go on from this place and do big things, make friends and love them, attend a new school and participate fully, tell the world how wonderful our God and our Jesus are, and go remembering that you always have a place here and will always be in our hearts.

One of our favorite weeks is here! This week we celebrate all of the moms and mom figures in our students’ lives. Moms we love you and thank you for all you do. We hope you enjoy Muffins with Mom.

Spring Fling was an amazing time! So many friends came to celebrate the preschool! Thanks to all who volunteered and those who supported the event through our fundraising efforts. This is a wonderful community!

Science today was a BLAST!!!

Our VPK students designed, assembled and launched Alka-Seltzer rockets in the field!

Spring, flowers, insects and a few Lost Sheep were the subjects of our art this week! Fine motor skills, creativity and comprehension of story elements are all expressed through the children’s art.

Spring Fling is this Saturday! Join us April 18th from 5-7pm on the basketball court for carnival games, food, raffles, silent auction and fun to celebrate University Carillon Early Learning Center’s 30th anniversary!
