Day 1 of Week 3 and our kitchens are already buzzing with delicious creations!! 🍽️🔥👩🏼‍🍳👨🏼‍🍳

🎉 Week 2 of Summer Camp is officially a wrap! 🎉

What an incredible week in our kitchens! These talented young chefs made gnocchi, cakes, sauces, bread, and so much more—all from scratch! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

To finish off the week, they took on a fun "Nailed It!" Challenge on Day 5, where the parents judged their plates based on plating and creativity. The results were amazing, and we couldn't be prouder of all they accomplished!

From learning new techniques and kitchen skills to building confidence and teamwork, these chefs truly rocked it all week long. ❤️

At Young Chefs Academy, we don't just play in the kitchen. Our young chefs are learning how to read recipes, gather ingredients, measure, mix, chop, and follow step-by-step instructions just like the pros. 🍓🥣🔪

Along the way, they're building important life skills too—communication, teamwork, problem-solving, independence, and confidence. Watching them grow from hesitant beginners into capable, proud young chefs is one of our favorite parts of what we do! ✨

👩🏻‍🍳👨🏼‍🍳 Week 1 of Summer Culinary Camp at YCA Oviedo was a huge success! 🎉

Our young chefs had an incredible week building real kitchen confidence while having a blast with new friends! From measuring, chopping, zesting, mixing, sautéing, plating, rolling dough, and baking, they learned hands-on culinary skills they'll use for years to come.

This week’s menu favorites included delicious Chipotle-inspired bowls, fresh homemade pasta, and creamy Alfredo sauce made from scratch! 👨‍🍳🍝🌮

We're so proud of everything these chefs accomplished and can't wait to welcome them back into our kitchens in the future. ❤️

🌍🍞🍩 Kids Night Out: Baking Around the World! 🍩🍞🌍

What a fantastic evening at YCA Oviedo! Our young chefs traveled the world through baking and absolutely crushed all 4 recipes they made. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳✨

The crowd favorites? Their delicious Ham & Cheese Focaccia Bread 🇮🇹 and sweet, cinnamon-sugary Churro Donuts 🇪🇸 were definitely the stars of the night! 😋👏

We love watching our chefs build confidence, learn new skills, make friends, and create amazing dishes from scratch. 💚🧡
