The Friday Night Fights at White Dragon Judo Club was a great success! Everyone got in some hard training, had fun, and even made some new friends! New school year, new routine 🥋

Late August is the perfect time to get kids moving again after summer, and judo is one of the best ways to do it. Watching our young competitors stand tall with their trophies never gets old. Moments like this are the result of consistent work in our kids judo classes, where students learn throws like Tai-Otoshi while building focus, respect, and confidence on and off the mat. Extremely proud of this guy. He is always working hard in the gym and is extremely coachable. Truly a fire and forget athlete. Did exactly what he was told to do and it paid off. Went 3-0 for his first judo tournament.

Great job buddy and we'll see you back on the mat next week.
