Christian LIGHT Cooperative The Christian LIGHT Cooperative is a ministry of West Overland Bible Church, seeking to serve homeschooling families in the St. Louis area.

Christian LIGHT Cooperative
Living - Investigating - Gathering - Helping - Together

Christian Light is different than many co-ops as part of our goal is to expose children and youth to a variety of educational experiences in a group setting. We also seek to provide regular social & fellowship opportunities for children, youth, parents, and families.

Welcome to Christian Light Cooperative! Whether you have signed up for the semester or are sitting on the fence, please join us for our orientation day!

We will gather at the picnic tables in between the Art Museum and the St Louis Zoo. (Across the street from the Living World (North) Entrance of the zoo. If the entrance is behind you, the picnic tables are across the street and to your left. It's the same location as last year.) After some fun introductions we will go over fall class assignments and information for the upcoming year.

After the meeting, join us for a time of fun and fellowship at the zoo! Bring a lunch if you like and stay for as long (or short) a time as you prefer. See some animals! Hang out with people!

Families new to homeschooling, in need of community, or just curious about the cooperative are welcome to join us! Families do not need to be registered before orientation in order to attend. To learn more about us please check out our registration page, the link to which can be found on our website: christianlightcooperative.net.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year will close at midnight on Thursday, August 27st.

Classes begin on September 2. Final parent and family assignments will be posted on the Christian LIGHT Cooperative Group on Facebook between the close of registration and our first class.
