We knew how the water flowed and this was in the plan to do eventually, but with all this rain God kept digging the dry overflow creek! So we built a bridge.

It's super cute and now we won't have to deal with muddy feet every time it rains. Over the coming months we will shape it a bit and add some gravel to help with erosion, but this is the first step.

We're fine after an intense pop up storm, but our porta potty isn't! The front truss has plywood on it and was basically a sail that pulled all the other trusses over as it was ripped off.

We will assess with our framers tomorrow, hopefully everything is reusable, and thank goodness we are scrappy and have backup toileting options until our septic company can get here.

We are called to be stewards of the miraculous planet God blessed us with. We know littering is damaging, we know not to pour out poisons onto soil or in the homes our children live in.

I am making a stand that AI usage is just as damaging to our planet as littering and we may find it's as bad as pouring poisons out in our homes.

Older generations, please stop! It is not funny, cute, or entertaining. It is the opposite of creative or God honoring. You are sharing videos that are taking away your grandchildren's jobs and pouring poisons onto the earth you are leaving for future generations through the damage of current and future data centers.

It's pretty fantastic to see this almost every night.

Lilli has been wanting to raise rabbits ever since we went to an animal swap last year. We told her that we could do meat rabbits once we were settled and she took a rabbit raising course I found.

Getting the breeding trio of rabbits is part of unit 3 and the following 7 units are all about their care, observation, and setting up a breeding program. Well played School of Traditional Skills! I guess we're getting rabbits in a few weeks 😜
