Dear HFA Fencers and Parents,

Due to the expected weather conditions, we have decided to cancel our much-anticipated Summer Picnic.

We were looking forward to seeing all of you at this annual event and sharing a fun day together. While we're disappointed that the weather isn't cooperating, the safety and comfort of our HFA community come first.

This was her first tournament outside of the club, and we are thrilled to see her hard work and dedication reflected in her results. We are very proud of her continued improvement and growth as a fencer.

An Economics major, National Champion, two-time NCAA finalist, and national medalist, Melissa has represented our fencing community with excellence both on and off the strip.
