It's Adult Education and Family Literacy Week, and it's a chance to celebrate all things Adult Ed, like our students, instructors, and staff. Plus, today is extra special: It's National GED Day! We're so proud to be a part of our students' lives, and it's a real privilege to help them on their educational journeys. Just imagine where you would be without your education! We asked Margery, our incredible Distance Education GED Instructor, what inspires her most about her students. She said, "It's watching their confidence grow as they pass each of the GED tests. Many of these are students who start out with little or no confidence in their ability. By the time they pass their third test, they are confident they are going to graduate, and many are confident enough to apply for college. I am even more inspired by the students who are enrolled in college this Fall." It is really cool to watch their confidence grow and see them really take off with their education! Education
