Sign-Up now for the Premier Winter Catching Program!

Our Fall catching program is designed to develop confident, skilled athletes by building a strong physical foundation, refining efficient movement patterns, and cultivating the mindset required to excel under pressure.

Training emphasizes endurance, strength, and quick reactions (core attributes of the catching position). While also reinforcing resilience, discipline, and a team first mentality.

Beyond athletic performance, our goal is to instill lasting values of character and integrity, ensuring participants grow not only as a catcher but also as well rounded individuals prepared for success both on and off the field.

The program is comprehensive, working setup, footwork, receiving, transfers, and throwing.

The program will be run by Matt Williams and Dustin Stinnett. Matt was drafted in 2009 by the Chicago Cubs in the 18th round. He played four years at Duke University, earning distinction as a Johnny Bench Award semifinalist.
