Gearing up for the group class that is starting tomorrow. I am super stoked and hope everyone gels and works well together. I still have 2 spots open if anyone wants to get in (16 and older). Thursday nights at 7pm except 2/14 and 3/21. 12 classes for just $84. That's an insanely low price and I know I won't do it for this price again. Wow! The last two weeks have been crazy busy. Today was the first day in over a month that I didn't play the guitar. It was nice- a little vacation for the fingers. Sometimes a break will do wonders. Now, I am ready to get after it tomorrow!

Starting in February, I am offering group beginner guitar classes to anyone 16 and up. Classes will be held Thursdays at 7pm or Saturday mornings at 10am. Message me for more details or go to the website www.aarons-guitar-school.com and click on the Group Guitar Class link. Please share this with anyone you think may be interested. If I can get at least 10 people to sign up, I can offer the entire 12 week course for just $84! I need 6 more people. Thanks!

I'll be performing in a rare public performance for this fundraiser Saturday night. It's a great cause. If you know anyone in the Independence area, please share this with them.

Looks like some sick bugs are going around. I had a couple of cancellations today so I thought I would get a jump start on my New Years Goal of learning some Rush tunes. I tried to tackle "YYZ" first. Bad idea. I guess that song will have to go in the "long term" goal pile :)

Thank you to the visitors who "like" Aaron's Guitar School. You guys are awesome!

What was the first song you learned on guitar? I can't even remember mine...probably "Smoke On The Water". Just like "Ode To Joy", simple yet powerful and profound

The previous video post also demonstrates why a lot of songs sound very much the same- because they are :)
