Beginner Dive is for new divers. In this program, divers will learn the proper approaches to diving, from both the side and the diving springboard. For eligibility, participants must be able to swim 25 yards with ease, be comfortable in deep water (12ft), and tread water for at least 30 seconds. Learn more and sign up today

Our Vacation Day kids had a great Spring Break Week! We were able to go on several field trips, including Main Event, College Basketball Experience, Top Golf, Impact Gymnastics, Arrowhead, and the Kansas City Zoo. One of the days, Theatre of the Imagination created a Dance Party for us! It was a fun week! Here are some photos from the Arrowhead Tour!

The J's group swim lessons in Kansas City are available for students of all ages older than six months, with new classes beginning in late March. Our upcoming Father Daughter Dance is almost here, or as we like to call it: The F.R.O.G Dance (Father, Relative, or Other important Guy)! Join us on Saturday, September 6 from 6:00-9:00pm for a special night just for girls, ages 18 months to 12 years, and their favorite guy!
