Ever wonder how the HBHA garden stays so healthy all summer long?
Fourth-grade Jewish Studies teacher Michal Cohen keeps it growing! During the school year, Michal and her students care for the garden together. Throughout the summer, she continues watering, weeding, and harvesting fresh produce like these beautiful radishes.
Thank you, HaMorah Michal, for keeping our garden thriving year-round!

What can a Jewish education inspire?
Students who ask thoughtful questions. Individuals who strive to become the best version of themselves. Young people who find their place in a community that knows and values them.
At HBHA, learning is about more than what students know. It's about who they are becoming.

As we continue looking back on some favorite moments from this past school year, we had to share this interactive science museum created by Dr. Reem's Advanced Science students!
Students chose major inventions and scientific discoveries to research, then designed their own exhibits and hands-on activities to teach others about their topics. During their final lesson, they welcomed the 7th grade for a museum-style experience filled with creativity, curiosity, and collaborative learning.

Thanks to Micah for dreaming up HBHA Lore and bringing such an engaging first season to life. We’ll see you in the fall for Season 2!

During the last week of school, Middle School students shared breakfast while reflecting on a year of davening with Mrs. Cohen and HaMorah Tami. They discussed what supported their focus, what could be improved, and how to shape an even more meaningful space for connection to Hashem.
Their insights will help shape how tefillah continues to evolve at HBHA.
