Just a quick reminder for our patrons, we're moving the bake sale back to Fridays, starting 09/11/2026. This is a result of large changes in the programs here at the WHCA. Moving the bake sale allowed us to schedule Wednesday's for additional pastry/baking classes. Feel free to pass this announcement along to others.

OH>>> and I'm working with JCCC Marketing/Graphic Design department to develope a new logo for 12 Dames & One Dude Bakery. You'll see a few changes to the bake shop come Sept. 11, 2026!

Happiness is a clean, organized and mobile bake shop! Thanks to our facilities manager, Man Ho and his assistant Mager, our storage racks now have wheels installed on them! I am elated! We’re ready for the summer session of HMGT 180 Fundamentals of Baking and our fall roster of M-F pastry baking courses!
