Huge congratulations to Dilyn Davies & Hallory Sutherland on being selected by NISOA to attend the 2025 Women’s College Cup Referee Seminar last weekend in Raleigh, North Carolina! 👏⚽️

Alongside top referees from across the country, they learned from an outstanding group of presenters, including Katia Itzel García, FIFA Referee from Mexico, as well as college conference assignors/coordinators and former & current FIFA Referees. It was truly a stacked seminar filled with high-level education and tools to help these officials continue to grow and prepare for 2026 and beyond.

Congrats to Dilyn & Hallory on representing our chapter with class and professionalism. A pretty impressive rookie season in college soccer—keep it up! We’re proud of you ladies! 💪⚽️

If you’ve been around high school or college soccer in the Kansas City area, chances are you’ve seen Kenny in the center or on the line. He’s a legend within KCISOA and a staple of Missouri soccer refereeing for decades. His unmatched preparation, professionalism, and consistency set the tone for what it means to be a top-tier collegiate referee.

Kenny is—and always has been—the gold standard.
