During IOMB’s 37 years of working with students, we have monitored USMLE and COMLEX regarding the changes they frequently institute, adapting our curriculum to best accommodate these changes. We are incredibly well versed in what makes a student successful on boards and recognize the many different variables that contribute to that success, one of which is how the student interprets a board question and how they apply their knowledge to questions in order to derive at the correct answer. We understand how questions are written, and more importantly why they are written in a certain format and we teach students how to approach the questions with this understanding, using IOMB’s copyrighted Method to get even the most challenging questions correct.

There is a difference between knowledge and wisdom. Knowledge is knowing something, wisdom is applying it. At IOMB we teach you how to be wise, how to apply your knowledge to board questions and select the correct answer.

Our current class is working on 100 questions a day. Learning how to approach board style questions using the IOMB Method. Taking the fear out of answering 280 questions on USMLE and 400 questions on COMLEX. They are doing outstandingly well.
