The J partners with Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of KC to offer Taekwondo Tuesday classes. We are excited to offer two different Summer Sessions, with the first one beginning TOMORROW. These 30-minute classes allow participants to learn self-control along with developing self-confidence and discipline in a non-aggressive manner.

🏀: Jump Start Basketball: Children ages 4-5 are introduced to the basic skills of basketball using age-appropriate learning progressions and equipment. Learn more at Bit.ly/3Q0c8UC.

Beginner Dive is for new divers. In this program, divers will learn the proper approaches to diving, from both the side and the diving springboard. For eligibility, participants must be able to swim 25 yards with ease, be comfortable in deep water (12ft), and tread water for at least 30 seconds. Learn more and sign up today
