We’re seeking an experienced Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for our 3-year-olds.
Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate lessons, supporting social-emotional growth, and communicating with families.
You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team—our Lead Teachers average **5.7 years** with Hillcrest, with several here over a decade.
Requirements:
•Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed childcare facility
• Previous potty-training experience
• Education and experience are valued and reflected in pay. We believe in taking great care of our teachers.

🔥🚒 Thank you Overland Park Fire Department for taking the time to visit our school this morning! Our students learned all about fire safety, the equipment firefighters use, and the important work they do every day.
We’re so grateful for our local heroes who help keep our community safe—and for making learning about safety so exciting and memorable!
