Recently, our Doctor of Chiropractic students were awarded their white coats, marking an important milestone in their chiropractic education.

The white coat symbolizes Cleveland University–Kansas City students’ transition into hands-on clinical training. At this stage, students begin applying assessment, technique, and clinical decision-making through supervised peer adjusting, building the foundation for future patient care in the Chiropractic Health Center on campus.

At the Summer D.C. Experience Day on Friday, July 10, you'll see firsthand everything that Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC) has to offer. Get hands-on time in our Force Sensing Lab, Anatomy Lab, and Sports Performance Lab, while connecting with students, faculty, and alumni.

You'll also learn about the growing areas of the profession like sports, pediatric, and animal chiropractic.

Congratulations to our very own Dr. Tobi Jeurink, Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC) faculty member and Cleveland Chiropractic College-Kansas City Class of 2001, on her appointment to the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) by Governor Laura Kelly!

The KSBHA licenses and regulates 16 healthcare professions across Kansas, and Dr. Jeurink will serve as one of only three chiropractors on the 15-member board. We are incredibly proud, Dr. Jeurink!

Bringing Home The Gold 🏆

This past weekend, Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC) proudly participated in the Chiro Games hosted by Logan University, an event where chiropractic students from across the country come together to compete in a variety of sports including softball, flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, and golf.

A huge thank you to everyone who represented CUKC through our Sports Council Club. Your teamwork and school spirit did not go unnoticed. Additionally, congratulations to our softball team for bringing home some hardware after claiming 1st place!

Thank you to all of our student athletes, Dr. Ludwig as the Sports Council Club advisor, and the crowd of supporters who helped make this weekend one to remember!

At Cleveland University-Kansas City (CUKC), each incoming cohort is supported by mentors during the first trimester, with each new chiropractic student getting paired with a peer mentor. These mentors are in their third trimester or further along in the Doctor of Chiropractic program, offering guidance through study tips, answering questions, and helping new classmates navigate their first trimester with confidence.

Last night, our mentorship group brought together first-trimester participants and their mentors for a Topgolf social filled with good food, meaningful conversations, and all-around positive energy.

A terrific way to welcome our newest classmates to CUKC and kick off the new year on a high note. 🤍

Today, our admissions team hosted a Build-Your-Own Dirty Soda event. Faculty, staff, and students were encouraged to refer prospective students and then enjoy a yummy drink. Thanks to everyone who helps spread the word about our campus!
