Join us Saturday, May 16th, for our special Mother’s Day class, designed for both kids and their mothers, hosted by Professor Silvana Flores!

Our Moms and Kids class will be held from 9am-10am, so hop on the mats with your children and see how fun it is to bond as a family, get some exercise, and learn valuable self-defense skills all at the same time 💪

Congratulations to all of our students who earned their new belts this Saturday at our Spring Belt Promotion at GBOP! Your hard work, consistency, and dedication truly shows and inspires your teammates.

A special thank you to the parents and students who also show up each day to support their students and teammates, on and off the mats. Alone, we go faster, but together, we go further.

Every class and every round on the mat adds up. Keep being consistent and trust the process—we’re proud to have you on the journey with us!

Due to Extreme Weather Predictions, We’ve Rescheduled Our Spring Belt Ceremony for Tomorrow, Saturday, April 18th!

We’ll begin the event at 9 am with a special kids seminar (open to all ages), followed by a kids belt promotion hosted by Professors Lucas and Silvana. After our kids’ promotions are finished, stick around for our group picture and the adults’ belt promotion ceremony and live training to round out the day’s events!

Don’t forget our updated adults training schedule begins today, Monday March 30th!

Just in time for this Spring’s training season — out me schedule is featuring updated class times for our evening adult classes, providing more convenient training opportunities that give you a, better flow, more focused training, and even more chances to grow on the mats!

Here’s what’s changing:

🔺 Starting today, our Monday and Wednesday adult classes will begin at 6:30 p.m., rather than their previous starting time of 6:10 p.m. Please note we are only making this update to our Monday and Wednesday class times, and all other class times throughout the week will remain the same.

🔺GB1 & GB2 will now be combined on (mat 1) for our adult programs every Monday and Wednesday evening, beginning at 6:30 p.m.🕛

⏰ All other class times and durations stay the same!

We can’t wait to kick off this updated schedule with you starting next Monday, March 30th! Now let’s start the spring season strong, by training hard, reaching your next goal, and pushing each other to be our best on and off the mats 🔺💪

Help Us Celebrate International Women’s Day!!!

Join us at Gracie Barra Overland Park on Saturday, March 14th, as we proudly host a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar in honor of International Women’s Day!

Led by Professor Silvana Flores, this empowering seminar will equip you with essential self-defense techniques and strategies to navigate real-world situations with confidence and strength.

This seminar is open and free to the public! So, invite your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors—bring all the women in your life—and let’s celebrate women’s strength and resilience together.
