Don’t forget about out updated adult class times today, starting with GBF and GB1/GB2 at 6:30-7:30pm, followed by 30min of Live Training afterwards! 🤼‍♂️

Here’s what’s changing:

🔺 Now on Tuesday and Thursday our adult classes will begin at 6:30 p.m., rather than their previous starting time of 6:10 p.m. Please note that we are only making this update to our Tuesday and Thursday class times, and all other class times throughout the week will remain the same.

🔺We’ve added 30min Live Training every Tuesday and Thursday evening, beginning at 7:30 p.m.🕛

⏰ All other class times and durations stay the same!

We can’t wait to kick off this updated schedule with you beginning Monday, August 3rd!

Now let’s start this next training season strong by working hard, reaching your next goal, and pushing each other to be our best on and off the mats 🔺💪

Don’t forget to join us on the mats for our next Parents and Kids Class and train with your child tomorrow, Saturday, August 1st!

Whether you train Jiu-Jitsu or not, come be your child’s training partner for a class filled with tons of bonding, learning, and shared smiles!

Join your GBOP family for a Special Lake Day at Shawnee Mission Park! 🏖☀️

Saturday, July 25th, enjoy delicious food and plenty of fun in the sun with your GBOP friends and family!

Here are the details:
🔺Saturday, July 25th, from 10 am-1 pm.

🔺Location: Shawnee Mission Park: Shelter #12.

🔺Don’t forget to click the link in our bio to tell us how many people will be there and what food you may be bringing to the potluck!

🔺It’s a potluck! Bring one of your famous side dishes to share or something to throw on the grill 🥩 (optional)

🔺If you plan to get on the lake, be sure to bring your own personal flotation device (PFD), as required by local authorities.

🔺 Don’t forget to bring a change of clothes, a towel, and a chair — and be ready for some fun in the sun with your Gracie Barra OP Family! ☀️
