Get to know more about our amazing counseling interns, Georgia and Asia! They are graduate counseling interns who are passionate about helping teens, college students, and adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, ADHD, trauma, PMDD, self-esteem, OCD, and more. Both offer in-person and virtual sessions with after-school and evening appointment availability.

For a limited time, new clients can lock in a $40/session rate (regularly $50) with one of our interns. Once you begin, you’ll keep your $40 rate as long as you remain an active client.

Join our Set Boundaries, Find Peace Women’s Therapy Group, inspired by the powerful work of Set Boundaries, Find Peace by Nedra Glover Tawwab.

Together, we’ll explore practical skills to help you:

🌿 Stop people-pleasing and reduce guilt
🌿 Communicate your needs with confidence
🌿 Set healthy boundaries with family, friends, partners, and coworkers
🌿 Protect your time, energy, and emotional well-being
🌿 Build self-respect and stronger relationships
🌿 Learn how to maintain boundaries when others push back

This group offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and practice new skills alongside other women who are working toward healthier relationships and greater peace.
