Last night, Jim McMullen proved he’s the leader we need, prioritizing teachers and students over bureaucracy! While every other Blue Valley School Board member voted to fire a beloved kindergarten teacher —who showed compassion and dignity to a special needs student—Jim was the only one to vote against it.
Parents packed the meeting, praising the teacher's 25+ years of dedication and her unwavering commitment to students’ well-being. While others hid behind rigid policies, Jim listened to parents and stood up for what’s right. He puts our kids and educators first, not red tape.
This is just one of many reasons to vote for Jim McMullen—a true advocate for our teachers and students! 🗳️ GET OUT AND VOTE FOR JIM starting October 25 through November 4!

In person voting starts this week in Johnson County! Many of you have received this in the mail, but here is the conservative voting guide for this fall. National elections are where a lot of the money goes to but our local elections are even more important. Whether its restoring sensible spending to Johnson County by voting for the 3 conservatives up for the Board of County Commissioners, maintaining sanity in Topeka through representatives, or maintaining order with sheriff, DA or judges. Please take these to the polls to ensure the radical progressives don't California our Kansas!

Help us declaw these leftist dark money organizations!
The attempted assassination of Former (and future) President Trump on Saturday was a jarring event for all of us. However, it was not that surprising. The leftists/communists/progressives – whatever you want to call them- have been fomenting violence against conservatives for a long time. In Trump’s case, they claim he will end democracy, that he is literally Hi**er, etc. This is not only a national incident, but also a local thing. Many of the local leftist orgs have continually called all of us normal (and extremely awesome)conservatives EXTREMISTS.
Those of us whom have entered the ring of local politics and came away unscathed, were especially bothered because the inflammatory rhetoric is all too common in local elections. Just a few examples -in the BVSB election in 2023 Freedom to Learn sent a blood stained mailer with our names on it last fall, implying we were going to kill or get someone killed (picture below). What would your reaction be if you thought someone is going to do that? We couldn't wake up in the morning without learning more that we were crazy extremists that shone only when the invisible dark money was thrown at our feet (ironically, Freedom to Learn appears to have spent significantly more on our opponents what any PAC spent supporting us, tv ads ain’t cheap ya’ll). The KC Star did its usual duty for Stand Up Blue Valley to fabricate a hit piece on Trisha with its typical lies, which resulted in ridiculous threats, much of which could be viewed from the lens of social media at that time. Have you ever had to tell your kids they can’t play outside on a weekend because you are worried about the threats being made? We have. In the ’21 BVSB election, Stand Up Blue Valley went after Jim, Kaety and especially Dr White with all out warfare. Many have been deleted but they were subject to endless threats because they were so extreme as to want to give kids an option to not mask forever.
We have to stop leftist organizations like Stand Up Blue Valley, Freedom to Learn, and the KC Star from fomenting the same violence here. We as a community must stop supporting these Bolshevik organizations and you must get your neighbors out of their trance…or I fear we will have a local situation like the one we saw in Pennsylvania a week ago

The Blue Valley School Board does not show the public comment portions of its meetings on its youtube feed. We are guessing its because of testimony like this, it''s much easier to not have to address brave parents like these.
As we said during the campaign its much easier too gloss over issues and say everything is awesome than to be willing to talk about what needs to be done to fix things that are broken.
Please reach out to the Board at [email protected] to put pressure on them to protect our daughters in our schools. They can easily put it on the agenda next week and stop this before it becomes a bigger issue.

Hey everyone,
Just went through some of the materials from the school board meeting last night. 2 things were of note as I reviewed:
1) Reading through the academic performance onhttps://go.boarddocs.com/ks/usd229/Board.nsf/files/CXFM6W59C5FA/$file/Assessment%20Review.pdf
Fairly confusing in how it was presented and a mixed bag per usual, mired in mediocrity that we have seen in the past 8 years with general decline. The thing that stuck out to me was the updated ACT scores (shows up at the bottom of the post)
What you can see here is Blue Valley continuing to have decline with a 6% decrease in the last 2 years whereas the overall Kansas decline has only been 2% over the same period. That means other schools are offsetting the Blue Valley decline by improving in general. So, while the absolute scores in Blue Valley are higher, that’s because you have a great community that supports our kids. Our school system is continuing to provide a declining education for our kids. We need to pressure the board to find a curriculum that stops this decline
2) Chinese Immersion –We told you that the A+ team was making up things about us and not being truthful about what they would do in office. They promised to support this program and I don’t think they had any intention to, as they cut it in half.
We pray not, but I fear this won’t be the last of the cuts, as the Iron Law of Woke Projection usually means the fact that they were saying we were going to fire all of these groups probably means they plan to do so themselves. We as a community need to continue to put pressure on them to do what’s best for our students, our teachers and our community.
Keep fighting the good fight Blue Valley, we can’t do it from inside the Board now, but we can make it uncomfortable to make poor decisions.

These are the so-called "radicals" running for Blue Valley School Board. 🙄
They're actually just a collection of everyday parents looking to reverse academic decline and bring back what's important to the classroom.
The candidates are (L-R) Rachel Faagutu, Trisha Hamilton, Michael Huebner and Christine Vasquez.
