Hey team, the Hyrox training on Wednesdays is now moving to 60 minutes. We made slight schedule adjustments to accommodate for the longer class times. As always, you can leave after 45 minutes if your schedule doesn’t allow for the full 60.

NEW PHASE starts today! 🔥 in is our PEAK phase! In addition, we're adding HYROX classes as well as a few favorites!
🔵 Mondays - FOXTROT - fast paced cardio workout using constant change in work to rest ratio 💯
🔴 Tuesdays - MAXIMUS - challenge your whole body with big lifts 💪🏻
🔵 Wednesdays - HYROX - increasing overall endurance & strength while perfecting fundamental movement patterns required for HYROX races 🔢
🔴 Thursdays - TWO FOLD - split resistance workout where you pick your focus, upper or lower 👊🏼
🔵 Fridays - APEX - rep-based superset in a pyramid format 🤜🤛
🔴 Saturdays - NOHO - 60 minute session challenging every part of your body from start to finish ❤️
🔵 Sundays - PISTON - alternating between upper & lower body with push/pull movements 🔃

Gustavo recently moved from Omaha where he was an F45 coach. Please welcome him to the team!
