Ottumwa Community School District is using KIDaccount to help manage several important school processes more consistently and efficiently, and to maintain a safe and secure environment in our buildings during school hours.

KIDaccount supports visitor check-in, event registration, and student hall passes. Families can also access KIDaccount through the KIDaccount Connect App. At select schools, KIDaccount is also used to manage dismissal changes and carline pickup.

We are doing a shirt order for Wilson Elementary to raise funds for our student activities for the 26-27 school year! These are Gildan brand t-shirts ($14), crewnecks ($21), and hoodies ($25) that will be available in black or grey! All orders have to be entered online and will arrive early August! Store is active starting today, June 25th, and will close on July 10th at 4:00. Please consider supporting our efforts to raise some funds for our school and show your school pride!

As our Bulldog family continues to grieve the tragic loss of Ashlin Knuth, a recent graduate of the Ottumwa High School Class of 2026, we invite students, staff, and community members to wear pink on Friday, May 22, in her honor. 💗

Pink was Ashlin’s favorite color, reflecting the light, kindness, and joy she shared with so many. Wearing pink is a simple way for our community to come together in remembrance, support, and care for one another during this difficult time.

In addition, Ottumwa High School facilities will be lit in pink Friday and Saturday evening in tribute to Ashlin and the lasting impact she had on our Bulldog family.

Thank you for continuing to support one another with compassion and kindness. 🐾
