Exciting News: Little Sparks Preschool will be welcoming 3-year-olds this school year!

The mission of Little Sparks Preschool is centered on delivering high-quality education to foster positive self-esteem among all students. Our commitment lies in creating a learning-friendly and secure environment that nurtures the exploration of individual strengths and talents in children. We firmly believe that an emotionally supportive, physically safe, and enjoyable atmosphere is paramount for optimal learning outcomes.

Little Sparks Preschool will benefit from consultation services provided by Child Care Resources & Referral and a Nurse Consultant from American Home Finding. Our team actively engages in continuous training to enhance development, learning, and provide optimal care for the children in our charge.

We advocate for Active Learning and integrate Creative Curriculum across all our classes to maintain a harmonious blend of learning through play, group activities, and specialized centers.

Enrollments are currently open for the 2024/2025 School Year!
Join us from Monday to Thursday at either 8:30am - 11:30am or 12:30pm - 3:30pm.

My name is Ashley Thompson, I graduated from Buena Vista with my Bachelor's Degree in 2013.

I have operated a registered day care out of my home and I have worked in the childcare/preschool setting for over 10 years. During those 10 years I have taken many classes and trainings to help further my education in behaviors, classroom management, and curriculum. I love learning! I am also a cheer coach at IXPL, where I get to work with a wide age range of athletes.

I am so excited that you are considering joining us for our very first year at Little Sparks Preschool. I believe children learn the best during play, being active and in a safe environment. Our goal is to create a fun atmosphere filled with laughter and learning!
