EMS at Indian Hills Sharing some of the fun experiences of our EMS students while at IHCC

The Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program at Indian Hills Community College prepares the student to be a National Registry-certified Paramedic. Paramedics provide medical care in pre-hospital or emergency settings, operating through orders or protocols from a medical control physician. Skills include cardiac monitor interpretation, IV initiation, drug administration, advanced airway maneuvers, and trauma care.
