When registering for a Continuing Education class, be sure to select the registration system based on when your class takes place:

Please join us in congratulating Kim Dreaden, Associate Dean of Advanced Technologies at Indian Hills Community College, on being named a recipient of the 2026 Iowa ACTE Award of Merit!

This prestigious award recognizes outstanding leadership and dedication to Career and Technical Education across Iowa. As an ACTE NextLevel Fellow and Past President of Iowa ACTE, Kim has helped strengthen connections between community colleges and CTE professionals statewide.

Indian Hills President Matt Thompson shared, “Kim’s selection for the Iowa ACTE Award of Merit reflects the leadership and expertise she brings to both Indian Hills and Career and Technical Education across Iowa. That's a wrap for summer term!

We're excited to kick off fall term and welcome all returning and new students, but first, Wally says it's time for a quick break. Don't forget - there will be no classes* from August 17th - August 27th, 2026. If you need assistance, IHCC offices will remain open normal hours.

Have you visited the Indian Hills Art Gallery recently on our Ottumwa Main Campus?

The current exhibition, Land and Sea, is now on display, featuring artwork inspired by the beauty and connection between our natural surroundings. Visitors can enjoy the exhibition while taking in the gallery’s historic charm and beautiful stained glass details.

The IHCC Art Gallery is located inside Warrior Commons. Enter through door number 5 off of Grandview Avenue. It is free and open to the public, with new exhibitions featured throughout the year.

The Testing Center is located inside Trustee Hall on the Indian Hills Ottumwa Main Campus. Enter through the main doors and turn to your left.
